Contact and former-shop enquiries
Understand the current publication’s contact arrangements and where to begin if your enquiry concerns an order placed with the former jewellery shop.
Special Something currently publishes jewellery reference guides. There is no public email address, contact form, customer-service team or messaging service on this website. We do not collect enquiries through the sizing or gift tools.
If your enquiry concerns an old order
This publication does not operate the former jewellery shop and cannot access its orders, payment records, customer accounts, tracking data or correspondence. We cannot confirm a delivery, authorise a refund or recover an old login.
Use the seller and payment details in your original order confirmation or statement. Keep copies of the order, correspondence and any delivery information. The GOV.UK refunds guide explains general distinctions between faulty goods and change-of-mind returns; it does not decide the outcome of a particular dispute.
Do not enter old passwords or payment information into this website. It has no account or order-recovery service.
Questions about a jewellery item
For product dimensions, compatibility, composition, repair or care, contact the item’s maker or the retailer responsible for it. Include the exact model or product reference where available. A photo or a product name alone may not identify the piece reliably.
Our online buying checklist sets out useful questions to ask. The compatibility guide helps you distinguish dimensions from a confirmed fit.
Editorial information
Each researched article lists the sources consulted and its edition date. If a detail matters to a purchase, check the source and the manufacturer’s current information directly. The editorial policy explains the publication’s source-checking method and limitations. This page describes the available arrangements honestly; it is not an inactive contact form or a promise of a reply.
